Hotel Zur Wiener Staatsoper

I had a fantastic stay at a boutique hotel close to the beautiful lake in Bacalar. The hotel had a friendly vibe and the rooms were simply furnished but spotlessly clean. The staff were very accommodating and had the room ready for me even though I arrived early. The king suite was perfect, with excellent air conditioning, a fan, and a TV for added comfort. The pool and grounds were always clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the main streets in this lovely city.

The hotel is in a quiet area with a selection of cafes and restaurants within a short walk. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even giving me a complimentary welcoming wine when I arrived late in the evening. The continental breakfasts were fresh and plentiful, and served by nicely uniformed waitresses who provided excellent service. Despite being a small family-owned hotel, it provided a traditional Austrian experience that was warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This hotel is located right in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the Opera. The rooms have a charming old-world charm, reminiscent of those seen in 19th-century movies. They even offered us a glass of Prosecco upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. the location was fantastic, with major attractions and transport links nearby. It made it so easy for us to explore the city. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. It was the perfect way to start our days of sightseeing.

The noise from the street below in the evenings. Since there was no air conditioning, we had to sleep with the windows open.
